By creating a SyncCare account, logging into our platform, or accessing our scheduling and coordination services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you represent a healthcare clinic or group, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
SyncCare provides an automated scheduling waitlist filling, two-way SMS communication, and insurance benefit balance tracking software-as-a-service (SaaS).
Important Disclaimer: SyncCare is a software utility platform. We are not a healthcare provider, insurer, or clinic. We do not provide clinical medical advice, diagnostics, or treatment. We do not store medical charts, clinical treatment logs, or diagnoses. Clinics and practitioners remain entirely responsible for clinical decisions and direct patient interactions.
To register an account as a clinic, practitioner, or patient:
Clinics must ensure all patient phone numbers registered for SMS broadcasts have provided valid consent in compliance with the **Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)** and provincial regulations. Clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate opt-in records and removing patients who request deletion verbally.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **Province of Ontario** and the federal laws of **Canada** applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clinics and practitioners of major structural updates via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
